LHE Combats Skin Redness In Revolutionary Light/Heat Therapy

The latest revolutionary system from the Aesthetic Medical Clinic combats, Redness or Rosacea, more safely and quickly with less discomfort than any other light based system.

LHE (Light Heat Energy) is clinically proven to offer superior results in a shorter space of time thanks to its advanced method of generating sufficient energy to the target area. Age related Redness is more prevalent amongst the 35yr plus age group and is considered one of the most embarrassing age related skin conditions due to its obvious aesthetic change in skin colour and texture. The condition often makes the patient look older causing further anxiety for sufferers. The most common symptoms of Rosacea include:

A flushed face on or around the cheeks, nose, mouth, and forehead. Sometimes the
flushing or redness can last for days.
Tiny red veins on the face that look like spiderwebs.
Burning or stinging facial skin, especially when they apply lotions or medicines. The face may feel increasingly dry, sensitive, or sunburned.

In essence, LHE differs from IPL in that it delivers a softer energy in such a way that no skin cooling system is required, the patient feels minimum discomfort and the risk of any skin damage is dramatically reduced due to the new technique. The light and heat directed to the skin is less dense than previous systems. A progressive but controlled heat warming phase is then initiated to reach the best results such as an increase in collagen and contraction (tightening effect of the skin) for rejuvenation. For treating any form of skin Redness, only 2-3
sessions are required for maximum results, depending on the target area and treatment. According to a National Rosacea Society survey, some of the most common Rosacea triggers include sun exposure, emotional stress, hot or cold weather, wind, alcohol, spicy foods, heavy exercise, hot baths, heated beverages and certain skin-care products.

LHE innovation creates the exact balance of light and heat necessary to achieve optimum results across a wide range of treatments. This takes place in two phases:-

Phase One
Light Heat Energy is applied to the skin through a hand held device in 35 milliseconds. An initial light is transmitted and absorbed by the target area. This phase initiates the process.

Phase Two
Subsequent to the transmission of light as described in phase one, a secondary energy is also released to and around the target area. This process maintains the heat and stimulates the area that efficiently brings the target to the point of coagulation). This secondary energy finishes the coagulation process by progressively stimulating the stored energy over time to reach the required temperature between 74 to 100. Best of all LHE is FDA and CE approved, providing safe and effective treatments on most skin types.

LHE treats a variety of skin conditions including; Redness / Hyper Pigmentation and Thread Veins. The treatment charge is 350plus per session.
