How to keep beauty, without changing a habitual way of life?
The healthy slumber – pledge of your good reflexion in a mirror  in the morning, instead of  affliction. All high-grade rest is necessary not only for you, but also for your skin. To adhere  this rule is much more difficult in  spring – modern ladys have a lot of reasons which prevent to lay down to sleep in time.

Night spent on a dance floor , alas, does not pass with out troubles. And you have already got used that dark circles and baggy skin below the eyes , dim colour and unhealthy fat shine of a skin become a payment for pleasantly spent time.

Conversations with your girlfriend.
You have fairly promised, to lay down to sleep till twelve, but has called your girlfriend with whom you did not communicate hundred years . You also have not noticed, how you have successively spoken with her some hours .And the slumber mode again is  broken. But it is a pity to lose pleasure of dialogue.

Romantic appointment.
Roses, candles, champagne… Sadden fine mood of this evening  can only – that tomorrow morning you will look not in the best way because of sleep deprivation.

Night  cinema.

The  film fans confirm that: nothing can be compared with film viewing on last session. Spring – time of world premieres! To make a choice -  cinema, or good look  in the morning – it is very difficult.

Study.

For all students spring – time of feverish preparation for summer session. Abstracts, course, offsets… Even more often it is necessary to spend night not on a cheerful party, but in front of the computer and abstracts. Next day emaciated look does not add self-trust .

It is possible to try to hide signs of sleep deprivation by means of decorative cosmetic. But even the best full-coverage foundation or facial highlighting will improve only external look, without having liquidated the reason.  More effective is a remedy operating on a problem from  the inside.

Do you have oily type of skin? Besides advancement of spots, it can be very irritating as it can force to thaw your cosmetics. The oil skin also contains a lot of skin fat and tends to accumulate more dust and a dirt than other types of a skin. Except use of clearing means and tonics for an oil skin, it is important to use natural obverse masks to prevent spots and other problems of a skin. Try to make them – made natural recipes of a mask of the person:

Strawberry and yogurt facial mask:

Well, there was a first strawberry so it would be time to offer probably a little more recipes of beauty for strawberry fans. Strawberry there is a considerable quantity of the copper stimulating development of collagen (this substance does a skin gentle and elastic). Therefore every possible strawberry masks, tonics, creams with strawberry addition well influence a skin. My strawberry recipes, and there is more  information about using  strawberry masks after which the skin literally in the face of looks younger and is bleached.
Place 4 fresh, ripe, clean strawberries in a bowl. Smash strawberries using a fork. Add one teaspoon of plain yogurt. Stir well until the mixture turns smooth. Apply the mixture to every inch of your face.

Apple and honey mask

Grate one fresh apple finely. Add 4 tablespoons of honey.

Apply the mixture  to your  face, avoid area round eyes.  After 10 minutes, rinse it with warm water.

Avocado facial mask

Separate yolk from one egg. Add one teaspoon of lemon juice to the egg white, and mash with half an avocado until a soft pulp is formed. Place all these ingredients in a blender until it forms thick mixture. Apply the paste to your face and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry your face with a towel.

Important! Before application of a mask face should be pure and clean. Not to leave a mask on your face  more than for 10-15 minutes. Before  using a mask try to relax to reach the best results. Use a mask two times a month and your skin will shine healthy.
