Once it has been able to inform you of its intention and give you a heads up you will feel the discomfort subside.Now heres the crux. If you hear it but do not listen, in other words if you choose to ignore it, avoid making changes that are necessary according to what information was imparted, it will instantly return and it will continue to gnaw away until it drives you literally to distraction… The distraction of alcohol, compulsive eating, unhealthy relationships and a whole host of ways magically created in order to take the focus away from the discomfort deep within.It is worth noting that the greater the feeling of not-at-peace the more intense the distraction will be to overshadow. This is the beginning of a vicious circle towards drama, unrest and disharmony in your life.If you do listen and act on the information your inner voice provides, you will be moving forward with your life as it unfolds in way that is conducive with your highest will. You might feel as though you have just woken up to one of the keys to living a happy life and feeling great. You will move into the future knowing that feeling of tension and discomfort is simply your immaculate inner GPS system guiding you and all you have to do is pay attention, listen and take the appropriate action.Try it for yourself and learn how it feels to live in flow with life without that constant alarm droning within, discovering inner peace and a positive way forward.
