The healthy slumber – pledge of your good reflexion in a mirror in the morning, instead of affliction. All high-grade rest is necessary not only for you, but also for your skin. To adhere this rule is much more difficult in spring – modern ladys have a lot of reasons which prevent to lay down to sleep in time.

Night spent on a dance floor , alas, does not pass with out troubles. And you have already got used that dark circles and baggy skin below the eyes , dim colour and unhealthy fat shine of a skin become a payment for pleasantly spent time.
Conversations with your girlfriend.
You have fairly promised, to lay down to sleep till twelve, but has called your girlfriend with whom you did not communicate hundred years . You also have not noticed, how you have successively spoken with her some hours .And the slumber mode again is broken. But it is a pity to lose pleasure of dialogue.
Romantic appointment.
Roses, candles, champagne… Sadden fine mood of this evening can only – that tomorrow morning you will look not in the best way because of sleep deprivation.
Night cinema.
The film fans confirm that: nothing can be compared with film viewing on last session. Spring – time of world premieres! To make a choice - cinema, or good look in the morning – it is very difficult.
Study.
For all students spring – time of feverish preparation for summer session. Abstracts, course, offsets… Even more often it is necessary to spend night not on a cheerful party, but in front of the computer and abstracts. Next day emaciated look does not add self-trust .
It is possible to try to hide signs of sleep deprivation by means of decorative cosmetic. But even the best full-coverage foundation or facial highlighting will improve only external look, without having liquidated the reason. More effective is a remedy operating on a problem from the inside.
