DMS Ltd has opened the first of its retail shops in Swansea, trading under the banner “Skin Essentials” the shop stocks all the brands distributed by the company including SLA Makeup, Phyt’s professional and retail lines, Cattier and other organically certified brands.

Stan Jacobs, DMS Ltd’s managing director, believes this is the first retail environment focused exclusively on genuine and accredited organic cosmetics. Blackfingers London celebrated 7 years in business in April 2010. Since trading from home with a client base of 20, Tasha Dixon has become an established and respected hair stylist with over 200 clients now on the books, working from a luxurious salon in South Woodford.

Tasha Dixon started her career as a junior as at the age of 13, and she is now entering her 12th year in the hair and beauty industry. VTCT is the first awarding body to award Diplomas in Hair and Beauty Studies. VTCT, the specialist awarding body for the hair and beauty sector, has announced three learners from Sussex Coast College have achieved the first ever Diplomas in Hair and Beauty Studies. One learner successfully achieved a grade A and two other learners achieved a grade B all at Foundation Level.
